Over the next couple of Saturday's we're asking all players, members and supporters to spare whatever time they have to come down to the Jack's Booth Ground to help prepare us for the new season. As always, there are plenty of jobs around the ground that need doing, and they won't be done themselves! As our club grows, with more teams and visitors to support than ever before, it is even more important that we are ready to go when the season begins, and we are only a month away!

Some of the bigger jobs that require more hands on deck include cleaning out the nets and repairing holes in the netting, cleaning the sightscreens and replacing the covers. We also want to transfer much of the equipment previously in the car park container, to the one behind the clubhouse, to make playing equipment more accessible.

Add that to the routine jobs of cleaning the clubhouses, cutting the grass and rolling the squares and there is a fair amount to do.
